System Support
System support is a service that works
hand in hand with our maintanence service. By ensuring our customers
have security in knowing that one technical team will service their
system thoughout the life of the contract. Your team will ensure
that you have a dedicated support coordinator that will answer your
calls, provide you with an experienced helpdesk, ensure the same
technical team will check any faults remotely or attend site if
necessary, your support coordinator will then call you back to complete
our service. This process is followed through all services listed
