Helpdesk
The National Response Centre (NRC) is available to take calls 24/7
from customers who require assistance for faulty equipment or need
advice over the phone for operational problems. These problems may
be as simple as not being able to divert their phone, through to a
complete system being out of order. Whatever the problem, staff in
the NRC will do all they can to assist you with your problem, using
the experience and knowledge gained over the many years they have
worked at helping companies just like yours.
These calls come from a wide range of customers, both large companies
down to the very smallest of businesses. We here at VNSG Australia
are able to provide support services for all equipment types, brands
and manufacturers, from operational assistance right through to high
level engineering expertise.
By initiating the call to 1800 307 783, the customer will be taking
advantage of a single point of contact for complete service and
support. When the call is received the NRC will ensure that all
details of the customer and the fault or work required are detailed
on the VNSG Australia fault logging system to guarantee that an
accurate, ongoing history of each individual site is maintained.
Technical assistance is also dispatched from the NRC to either
attend site and complete work required or, if possible, dial in
remotely and complete the request. Our onsite technical staff, assist
field personnel by providing hardware and software support when
and where required.
If any parts are needed by the technician this will be done by
sourcing from local and national suppliers, providing on site installation
and testing to ensure that the work requested is completed to the
customer’s satisfaction.
The NRC will then confirm with the customer that all work has been
completed in a timely and efficient manner by contacting the customer
after the fault is rectified and ensuring all works performed were
of the expected VNSG Australia standard. |
