Remote Diagnostics and Administration (RDA)

VNSG Australia support many of our customers remotely which allow us to respond to your faults quickly and effectively. Maintenance and administration functions can be accomplished by a remotely located Maintenance and Administration Terminal (MAT) over a Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) on a dialup or private-network basis. Tasks such as system diagnosis, automatic alarm reporting, fault detection and customer data reconfiguration can be performed from remote locations (eg. Maintenance Centres or Technical Assistance Centres). VNSG has the capability of remotely accessing all PABX systems either large or small.

Remote Diagnostics is a service which is offered to our customers for a 24/7 response. We have engineers and field technicians in our National Response Team that operate out of all the capital cities. This initial response has traditionally been able to resolve a high percentage of faults reported, and alleviated the need for any site visit, thus making it unnecessary for our customers to attend site and allow access.

The advantage of our Alarm Monitoring service also allows VNSG Australia to resolve any minor and even some major alarms before our customers are even aware that there is a problem at all. This facility has proved to be an enormous bonus to most customers who have comfort in knowing there system is being monitored 100% of the time with no effort from themselves.
